So here it starts. This is the journey of one man’s goals in trying to help people get to where they want to, to train properly and to do it in the company and supervision of professionals who deserve to be known.  

At Taming The Beast, you’ll be able to find articles to help, people to motivate, tips and tricks to improve your training and all the information we could possibly supply to better your experience as an individual. 

We’ve all spent time trying to see what works and what doesn’t. We’ve spent hours upon hours studying to help those who are dedicated to changing their lives – No matter age, gender, disabilities, skills – whatever. 

TAMING THE BEAST encourages experimentation - that is the entire purpose of this website. It's the only way that we learn.
